BENEFICIAL RAINS.
FALLS IN AUSTRALIA. United Press Association—By Eleotrle Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, March 23. The heavy rains which have fallen throughout the State during the weekend have benefitted the rural districts. The inland rivers are rising. Copious rains are reported over Western and South-Western Queensland, ensuring good winter feed.
