"ABSTINENCE AS THE IDEAL.” United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, March 20. The Federal Council of Churches of Christ in America approved of birth control under certain conditions. The report submitted by the Councils’ Committee on marriage and home was not unanimous, a minority report advocating "abstinence as the ideal.”
