TARIFF ON SUGAR.
INCREASE IN FRANCE. United Press Association—Bv Elec‘rifl Telegraph— Copyright (Received March 22, 5.5 pm.) PARIS, March 21. The Chamber of Deputies has Increased the sugar tariff from 22/6 to 29/3 per quintal, and have included it amongst the commodities upon which the Ministry can increase the tariff without reference to Parliament.
