A report from Regina (Saskatchewan) , states that the Premier (Mr Anderson) announced that the grain marketing conditions in Canada would be probed by a Royal Commission, appointed by the Dominion Government. A Winnipeg message reports that the movement of wheat overseas, maintained at 4,000,000 bushels weekly since the first of the year, dropped to 3,000,000 last week. The visible supply decreased by 1,800,000 bushels to 19,400,000 bushels. Last week's shipments included 1,000,000 bushels from Pacific ports.
