EARTHQUAKE NEWS.

APPLICATIONS TO WRONG QUARTER. By Telegraph—Press Association NAPIER, March 5. A considerable number of applications for permits from refugees to return to Napier are being delayed through being incorrectly addressed to the Relief Committee, or personally to Mr Morse, the chairman. All applications should be addressed to the Repatriation Officer, Atheneum Buildings, Herschell Street, Napier. It is notified that widows entitled to pensions as a result of loss of husbands in the earthquake should make application as soon as possible to the Registrar of Pensions, Palmerston North.
