SANDERS CUP.

THIRD RACE DECLARED OFF. AVALON UNLUCKY. By Telegraph—Press Association DUNEDIN, February 19. The third race for the Sanders Cup to-day was declared off, as none of the boats finished within the time limit. Avalon (Auckland) had a big lead, and another five minutes would have sufficed for her to complete the course. The wind was very light and variable, and at times there was a flat calm. Two races will be sailed to-morrow, if necessary.
