Vladivostock has notified the Japanese companies that the time hgs expired. for their licenses and ihg.t no further applications will be enters tained. The Tokio Government has sent a strong protest to Moscow informing the Soviet that they consider the dispute, in the light of their action, a considered breach of the Treaty.
