DIX IS LOVE DOCTOR. Richard Dix will be seen at Temuka to-night in ‘•The Love Doctor.” In this picture Dix plays the part of Dr Gerald Summer, specialist in heart troubles, who. in the hope that one day a patient will arrive, spends his time playing tennis and golf. He has two leading ladies. June Collyer, who will be remembered for her performances in “The River of Romance and “Illusion,” plays the part of Virgniia Moore, while Miriam Seegar, who was recently seen in “Fashions in Love,” plays the part of Grace Tyler. Others in the cast include Morgan Farley, Winifred Harris, Lawford Davidson and Gale Henry. “The Love Doctor” was adapted and dialogued from the play, “Boomerang, by Winchell Smith and Victor Mapes. The final chapter of the “Trail of the Tiger” serial and other supports will also be screened.
