J, 1— Circlians must not write more than once a month. 4 2 Letters must not exceed 350 words. 4 3 Original poems and stories may be sent in ONCE A MONTH ?, ONLY. | 4 Circlians must sign their name, address and AGE, as well as their i pen-name, to everything they send me. 4 5 Contributions Must Always be marked “Original” or “Copied.” 6 If Circlians’ pen-names are taken by New Members they must % let me know immediately. £ 7 As prizes are awarded at the beginning of each month for the % Most Interesting and Original Letters and the Good Scribes, Circlians £ are requested to post their letters to me at least one week before 4 the end of the month. % 8— Circlians asking important questions on Letter Day will find ans- 4 wers to their letters in the “Between Ourselves” column the follow- % ing Saturday. £ 9 New Circlians must give their age, as well as their full name and % address. £ 10— If Circlians change their address or wish to leave the Circle they % should let me know. £ 11— NO BOY OR GIRL OVER SEVENTEEN MAY BELONG TO THE % CIRCLE. £
