RECOMMENDED TO MERCY. By Telegraph—Press Association INVERCARGILL, August 18. In the Supreme Court to-day, Max Bulling, an elderly man, was found guilty of arson, with a very strong recommendation for mercy. He was remanded till Wednesday for sentence, His Honour stating that he would pay great attention to the recommendation.
