S. Nicholls and T. W. Goddard, though the latter still has many supporters. Hendren is likely to reappear. His inclusion will allow Chapman to go in No. 7, and then have four outfields. Leyland. Sutcliffe, Duleepsinhji and Hendren. England’s Choice. It is possible that Jupp and Langridge will be included. The latter Is easily England’s best left-arm allrounder. The thirteen would thus be; A.
