SOUTH AFRICANS ARRIVE IN CANADA.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received August 4, 7.25 p.m.) VANCOUVER, Aug. 3. A message from Hamilton (Ontario) states that the South African delegation for the Empire Games arrived today. It included in its twenty-five members, the famous mile runner Rudd, and Legg (sprinter).
