IRELAND’S BACKWARD STATE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received August 4, 11.20 p.m.) LONDON, August 4. Captain Saul, navigator of the Southern Cross has arrived at Baldonnell Aerodrome. He is of opinion that Ireland is most backward and least airminded of the world’s nations.
