UNDERWATER ADVENTURE PLANNED. United Press Association—By Electrle Telegraph—Copyright (Received August 1, 8.0 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 31. Sir Hubert Wilkins returned to-day from his honeymoon in Europe. He said he hoped to start on the underwater expedition to the Arctic next May or June. He intended starting from Spitzbergen and driving the submarine under the Arctic ice across the North Pole to Analaska. While abroad Sir Hubert Wilkins enlisted the services of Dr. Sverdrup, noted Norwegian meteorologist, and Dr. Vening' Miebesz, the Dutch scientist. Another scientist will be selected.
