ATTACK ON ARBITRATION LEGISLATION. United Press Association—By Electrlo Tel egraph—Copyright (Received August 1, 7 pun.) CANBERRA, August 1. The Senate concluded the committee stage of the Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill, negativing almost all the provisions regarded by the Government as vital, except the proposal to appoint Conciliation Commissioners, upon which a compromise was reached, limiting the Commissioners to three.
