Parley Results In Truce. LABOUR MINISTERS FEELING STRAIN. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 27, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 26. The growing revolt of the Labour left wingers culminated at a meeting of the executive of the Labour Party and the Council of the Independent Labour Party, at which it is understood a truce was arranged pending a conference between Mr Henderson and Mr Maxton, with a view to an adjustment of relations. Mr Henderson is suffering from overstrain, and immediately departed for Hertfordshire, where he will spend a few weeks in a nursing home, before going to Geneva.
