Broad and Thorn, who were the first arrivals yesterday afternoon in the circuit of Europe air race, were closely followed by two German aeroplanes, piloted by Boss and Moetzig. Early this morning three British pilots left for Berne, and afterwards continued the journey towards Munich, where they arrived later, in the following order: Broad, Butler, Thorn, followed by Moetzig. Three British competitors in the European air circuit reached Vienna this afternoon from Munich, several hours ahead of the others. Captain Broad, in a Gipsy Moth, arrived first.
