CLOSER GRADING DESIRED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, July 1. The House of Commons read a first time Mr Richard Russell’s Bill, instituting a uniform standard in regard to the percentage of butter-fat in cheese, both home and imported. If it contains less than 45 per cent, of but-ter-fat the percentage must be shown.
