THEFT OF MAIL BAGS.
SHIPPING COMPANY DISCLAIM RESPONSIBILITY. (United Press Association—By BJectrle Telearaah—Couiricht.) (Received, May 1. 8.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 1. Officials of the Peninsular and Oriental shipping Coy., disclaim responsibility for the mail bag thefts from the Mooltan and Chitral. The postal authorities are now tn opinion that the thefts occurred after the mails were unloaded at Perth.
