COLLISION WITH BIG LINER. (United Press Association—By Electrlf Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 27. The United States liner President Harding collided with and sank the newly-built British collier Kirkwood, in foggy weather, at the mouth of the Elbe. One of the Kirkwood’s crew - perished.
