CONTROL OF WOOL.
EMPIRE POOL SUGGESTED. (Unltod Pros* Association— By Kootrlo Tengraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, April 10. The Graziers’ Conference decided in favour of the establishment of Empire control of wool. The president, Mr Tout, said an Empire pool could be financed on a capital of £50,000,000. If the proposal is approved by the Graziers’ Federal Council, and the Australian Woolgrowers’ Council, it is proposed that Sir John Higgins should be invited to formulate a scheme. A proposal for an Australian pool was rejected.
