Tavener (owner) and Roy McKewen (rider of Guy Bingen), appealed against the twelve months' disqualification for alleged inconsistent running imposed by the Invercargill Trotting Club. The Association found that as the additional evidence adduced at the inquiry may have the effect of causing the Association to reverse the decision arrived at by the club, the Association I therefore sends back such additional | evidence to the club for further conI sideration.
