INDIAN UNREST.
MAYOR OF CALCUTTA SUED. (United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright.) DELHI, March 13. Mr J. M. Sen Gupta, Mayor of Calcutta, and Leader of the Congress Party in Bengal, was arrested on a warrant issued by the District Magistrate at Rangoon, on a charge of sedition, as a sequel to a speech made at Rangoon recently. He will be removed to Rangoon to-morrow.
