MR THEODORE’S NEW SCHEME. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received March 6, 1.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 6. It is understood that the Federal Treasurer (Mr Theodore) is preparing proposals for Cabinet to establish the Commonwealth Bank, as a Central Reserve Bank, with branches in every part of Australia, the main idea being to enlarge the credits of primary producers, giving the fullest impetus to the export of wheat and wool.
