PRINCE OF WALES.
UP AND ABOUT AGAIN. (United Press Association—By Electric Tfelesrs*Ji»—Coayrieht. ) CAPETOWN, March 5. The Prince is up and about again. The weather unfortunately is rainy. If it up he plans a motor drive. He intends to leave for Uganda on Sunday; by special train to Torora, from where he will motor to Lake Albert. At Lake Albert he will join a steamer, which will be the base for hunting around the lake and shores of the Nile.
The Prince plans to reach Khartoum in the second week in April, and will return to England at the end of that month.
