SYMPATHY FROM DOMINION’S OFFICE. By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, February 19. Mr Clutha Mackenzie has received through the Administrator (Sir Michael Myers) the following message from the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs (Lord Passfield): — “I have learned with great regret of the death of the Honourable Sir Thomas Mackenzie, who rendered such eminent service to the Dominion of New Zealand as Minister and Prime Minister. His work in London as High Commissioner for New Zealand during his long term of offieje, which included the critical war years, is gratefully remembered. Please convey to his relatives an expression of my sympathy.” -
