POPULARITY OF WIMBLEDON. (United press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright ) (Received February 18, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 18. The Wimbledon authorities are returning approximately £60,000 to unsuccessful applicants for season tickets, although the new method of dividing the seasons, and enabling the attendance only on alternative days, means that seven thousand seats will be submitted to ballot.
