AERO CLUB CONFERENCE.
TO BE HELD NEXT MONTH. By Telegraph—Pre** Association. WELLINGTON, January 21. A suggestion that the Aero Clubs of the Dominion should combine to hold a conference to discuss matters of mutual interest has been made, and it is likely that representatives of the Clubs will meet in Wellington late in February. This idea, it is understood, emanated from Otago, and a majority at least of the bodies concerned have thought the proposal a good one, and suggested that Wellington should be the meetingplace. Some of the matters to be discussed are aeroplane insurance, Government subsidies, pageants, club finance, and co-operation. Several clubs which have been sending their machines to the pageants of other Clubs have found that the practice is expensive, and an agreement between those assembled upon this point may be looked for.
