ARUNDEL.

The annual picnic and distribution of prizes in connection with the Arun- | del School was held at Mr Charles Inglis’s bush, and a very enjoyable time was spent. Mr R. Johnston, chairman of the School Committee, presented the prizes. All the pupils in Standard VI obtained proficiency certificates.
