COMMISSION’S REPORT REJECTED. (UgUed Prese Association—By Eledtrte Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, October 31. In less than fifteen minutes, the Legislative Assembly passed a Bill to suspend the powers of the Industrial Commission to declare a living wage for adult male and female employees, until Parliament makes further provision on that behalf. The Bill was taken through all stages without opposition.
