AFRICANS SUGGEST CONFERENCE. (United Press Association—By aiactrle Telegraph— Copyright.) CAPETOWN, October 30. The Free State delegates to the Agricultural Congress moved that the Union should communicate with similar organisations in the Dominion, inviting them to a conference in South Africa in 1931, with the object of closer co-operation in agricultural matters.
