FIFTY-THREE NATIONS TO BE REPRESENTED. (United Press Association— By Xlectrle Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received August 28, 10.30 p.m.) GENEVA, August 28. Fifty-three out of fifty-four members of the League of Nations, will b« represented at the League Assembly, which opens on 2nd September. This is the largest attendance in the history of the League. The absentee will be the Argentine.
