LECKIE RETURNING HOME. MATCHES IN DOMINION. By Telegraph— Prees A»so*lation. AUCKLAND, August 6. Johnnie Leckie. featherweight boxing champion of New Zealand, returned by the Ulimaroa from Sydney today. He will probably go south on Thursday night. He has an engagement at Dunedin about the end of the month, and another two weeks later, while in addition, he has matches at Palmerston North and Napier. Leckie is still undecided about the suggested trip to America. He has three offers to go there —one for three fights, with a guarantee of two hundred and fifty pounds each, in addition to expenses.
