NAVAL POLICY.
ANGLO-AMERICAN CONFERENCES. (United Press Association—±4y Electrlr Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received July 28, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 27. The United States Secretary of State (Mr Stimson) announced to-day that Mr Hugh Gibson (United States Ambassador to Belgium), would go to London on Monday for another conference on the naval question with General Dawes (American Ambassador to Great Britain).
