A visit to New Zealand will be made this year by Professor Mannhardt, of Germany, for the purpose of studying New Zealand educational conditions. Mr J. R. Sneddon has returned from Christchurch, where he attended the Conciliation Council as an assessor in the dispute between the Flourmillers’ Federation and the Flourmillers’ Association. , with a view to attracting more American tourists to New Zealand, the Government has appointed Mr J.
