SPANISH ACADEMY CLOSED. (Unltad Proas Association—By Elaotrla Telegraph—Copy riffht. > LONDON, February 27. The Madrid correspondent of “Tho Times” states that King Alfonso has signed a decree permanently dissolving the Segovia Military Academy. General Primo de Rivera states that the reason for this is frequent acts of insubordination amongst the cadets, who will return to civilian life. The decree provides for compensation for cadets and their families, and also the provision of certificates which will enable the cadets 1o secure civilian employment.
