JUSTICE OF PEACE’S DECISION. If any man be a sound judge of ■what's right and what’s wrong, it should be a Justice of the Peace. For twenty-three years Mr Chas. Bostock, J.P., has rendered opinions favouring just one brand of tobacco—Edgeworth. For twenty-three years he has smoked only Edgeworth. He says he has smoked more than 26 60 tins of it —at least one in three days. We might state that Mr Rostock’s Court decisions are as unvarying as the quality of the tobacco he favours.
