REVISION CONSIDERED BY EXPERTS. (British Official Wiraless.) RUGBY'. February 25. The Expert Committee on Reparations in Paris to-day received the report of a sub-commiittee on the pro cerluro to be applied regarding thal section ot the German annuities which is transferable in currency. It has been decided that a second sub-com-mittee shall be formed to examine and report on the system of payments in fcind from Germany, in order to determine whether these should he completely or gradually superseded or whether other methods compensating for them should be found.
