JOHNSON RELEASE SANCTIONED. (United Press Association—By Eleetrle Telegraph—dopy right.) SYDNEY, February 26. The Comptroller-General of Prisons has received instructions from the Federal authorities to release Jacob Johnson, formerly secretary of the Seamen’s Union. Johnson will he brought from Tuncurry prison camp to Sydney immediately, and released.
