ARREST OF WELL-KNOWN LEADERS. (United Prcci Association—By Xlittrli Taligraph—Copyright.) (Received February 26, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 25. Mr P. O’Donnell (editor of the Republican official organ of the Sinn Fein and the Irish extremists), John O'Neill, of Dublin, the principal speakers at a Republican meeting at Mohill, also Thomas Shanley (secretary of the meeting), were arrested at a railway station while returning to Dublin.
