An innovation in skating circles will be made in Timaru at the Regal Rink on Saturday night when a race Mill be held between a skater and a motor cyclist. Bert Neilson, champion fast skater, of North Otago, Mill try conclusions wth Reg. Slade, a well-known South Canterbury cyclist. The race should not be without thrills and should arouse a great deal of interest

The evening classes for accountancy students commenced at the Technical College last, evening, with a very good enrolment. It is intend-
