The curious death of Mrs Kate Jackson, who was found with her head battered outside a bungalow at Swansea, three weeks Ago, had an unexpected turn when Scotland Yard arrested her husband and charged nun with murder. The woman had a mysterious career, and was known as “Madame X.” She was the principal figure in a law suit case in which a Trade Union offieia was chargee! with the embezzlement oi many thousands of pounds of whicl “Madam X” received £BOOO in the form of gifts.
