MELBOURNE, December 13. The Commonwealth Steamship Owners’ Association has been notified that the Waterside 'Workers’ Federation lias accepted the shipowners’ offer of a Conference on Tuesday next, to discuss the employment of members of the Fedention. SYDNEY, December 13. Messrs Burns, Phi Ip’s steamer Morinda went aground at the barboui entrance at Dedele, a ■* mall port on the southern coast of Papua. It is expected that the vessel will be refloated without difficulty. The Morinda went aground at the sain© spot on the last voyage. SYDNEY, December 13. The Department of Agriculture estimates that the New South Wales wheat yield for the current season at 48,000,000 bushels.
