A wire'.css broadcast received by Mr O’Meara states: — The “San Francisco- Examiner” yesterday published a London cable' gram as follows: “While plans we>e going forward in Brussels to observe a funeral service for Captain Lowenstein, the Belgian financial genius, those who believed that- the millionaire’s strange disappearance was a hoax, had their convictions strengthened by a report from Dunkirk that the tempestuous Lowers loin disappeared from the piano by a parachute, and was rescued by a boat.” A fisherman from tho village of Bary, on the dunes on the coast (Frame) said he saw a parachute drop from the sky at approximately the time Captain Lowenstein’s plane was supposed to be overhead.
A similar message was published by the “New Yoik Times.”
