Heavy,Traffic shall cease on the undermentioned Roads from the Ist July to 30th September (inclusive), 1928. ■“THAT whereas the Waimate County A Council has determined that, owing to weather conditions, all those roads or parts of roads mentioned in the Schedule being within the Waimate County, are unfit for Heavy Traffic within the meaning of the by-laws of the County relating to Heavy Traffic, for the time being in force, for a period commencing on the Ist day of July, 1928, and ending on the 30th September, 1928, both inclusive, and that the Council in pursuance of the powers imposed upon it by the said by-law of the Council, dated 27th September, 1911, and Section 11 of the Public Works Act, 1910, and by each and either of them, the said by-law, and the said Act, hereby order that the transportation of any traction engine or vehicle engaged in Heavy Traffic for the period aforesaid, shall cease on such roads or parts of such roads as aforesaid, and that the Council shall notify such order by notices affixed to a conspicuous place on such roads, so determined as aforesaid, and that no person shall, after such notice has been affixed, during the period aforesaid, use any Traction or Vehicle engaged in Heavy Traffic on such roads or parts of such roads: —
