(Received April 30, 8.30 p.m.) MOSCOW, April 29In anticipation of King Amanullah’s visit, the official Press welcomes hilri as a progressive ruler of friendly people, bound to the Soviet by ties of blood for over a decade. The Press justifies the welcome to the reigning Monarch . by explaining that Afghanistan an'd Russia are ill different stages of historical development. The newspaper “Pravada” says the Soviet and Afghanistan are united t\y common hostility to British Imperialism.
