UNIONS DEFY ARBITRATION COURT. INDUSTRIAL UPHEAVAL rrffARED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Australian aud N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 4, 9.25 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 4. Serious dissatisfaction has been caused in the engineering and metal trades unions by Mr Justice Bceby’s award. Members of the Unions state they will not have piecework on any consideration, and indications are that a big industrial upheaval is pending if the Court’s decision legalising piecework is enforced.
