FRANCE COUNTERS PLOTTERS. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. Received April 11, 5.5 p.m. PARIS, April 10. Six leading Communists, including Dubot (Secretary of the Marine Arsenal Workers’ Union), and Menetrier (Assistant Secretary), have been arrested on charges of espionage. The War Office believes there exists a widespread plot to obtain information for the Soviet Government.
