The newspaper “Myako Shimbun ’ states that -1000 Soviet regulars havo filtered into Harbin, with rifles and grenades, while arms are being
actively smuggled in from Siberia. These are being stored in various Soviet Consulates in Manchuria.
Despatches from Mukden slate that uneasiness there is increasing, the icar being that Marshal Chang-tso-lin will next seize the Chinese eastern railway, in order to incite Russia into reprisals, winch will involve Japan.

A curious message from Angora .states that active revolt lias broken out in Russia, against the Soviet rule. Details are lacking, hut it is confirmed that the movement is monarchical.

Reports are again current of antiBolshevist risings in Ukraine Mid other provinces. The Constantinople correspondent of the “Daily News” states thas troops have been sent against the insurgents and fierce encounters occurred in several districts, with heavy casualties.
