The Commission referred a form of tables to tho Financial Committee, assembling in June, with a view to speeding up deliberations, whim threaten to become interminable. The Commission decided to hold a three hours’ session daily, leaving the afternoons for private interchanges. There will be an adjournment for four days at Easter. Viscount Cecil is going to Pallanza, in Italy.
